Trained and background-checked
Every coordinator, interpreter and escort is vetted and trained before their first assignment. Medical interpreters hold a healthcare or language-medicine background — they are not generalist translators.
We are not a hospital, a clinic or an insurance company. We are the team that makes a Chinese medical journey understandable, safe and predictable — for patients who don't speak the language and don't know the system.
We started this company after watching too many international patients arrive in China with good hospitals and bad information — lost in translation, surprised by hidden costs, and alone at the registration desk.
Our mission is simple: give every patient the experience of having a knowledgeable, bilingual family member in the room — someone who handles logistics, translates accurately, and never makes the medical decision for you.
We do not provide medical advice and we do not promise outcomes. What we do promise is the quality of our service: clear communication, itemized pricing, and a person you can call at any hour during treatment.
We don't publish staff profiles or photographs. Instead, here is what we commit to about the people who will look after you.

Once your plan is confirmed, we tell you in writing who your coordinator is and how to reach them. The same person stays with your case from arrival to departure.
Our core team delivers the service directly. If we ever bring in a local partner — normally for a less common language — we tell you first, in writing, and we remain responsible for the result.
We don't chase headlines. We focus on getting patients home safely.
Hospitals we can arrange care at, across Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu.
Specialty departments with international-patient experience.
Typical time from first contact to first appointment.
Every commitment below is in your contract. If we ever fall short, you have a clear path to raise it.
